Live Training Session(s) to Learn Correct Technique

It's important for athletes to understand the correct technique for each exercise. This helps prevent injury, especially when training in-season. We provide live training sessions to ensure your athletes have proper form, and a full understanding of how each motion translates to in-game performance.

Athletes don't need to be in the gym to get a productive training session in. When you sign your team up for Powered By Peak, each athlete gets free access to our signature app that includes tutorial videos and an easy way to track workouts.

Your athletes can do all the training in the world, but if they aren't taking care of their body in other ways by getting proper nutrition, hydration, and sleep, the results will not come. We take a 360-degree approach to athlete improvement, setting each athlete up to successfully reach their goals.
