EXPERIENCE
Over 20 years of experience working with teams or individual athletes in the field of Strength and Conditioning to improve in game performance.
Experience in maximizing the potential of every athlete in pursuit of elite performance utilizing evidence-based research, cutting edge technology, science- based programming while using innovative techniques and strategies.
Developed and implemented short-term and long-term annual plans to develop speed, power, strength and injury prevention.
Leading Teams in large groups or small/individual workouts involving Sprint Speed Mechanics, Deceleration, Change of Direction, Agility, Strength, Power, and Conditioning.

Experience as a multi-sport High School and Men's Football Varsity Athlete. Played Football at Simon Fraser University where I was awarded All- Conference 3 consecutive years.

Using a variety of Warmups to prepare athletes and as an ongoing movement screen for different training focuses such as track speed or weightlifting strength and power

Implementing kinograms to educate and correct movement patterns for speed development and correct biomechanics.

FORCE VELOCITY PROFILE GRAPHS
Sprint force velocity profiles to develop individual and team programming based on athlete biometrics, developing a more balanced athlete to decrease injury.


Analyzing Foot Contact Time, Flight Time, Unilateral Limb stiffness and balance, asymmetries.

VELOCITY BASED TRAINING
Using Velocity Based Training in the programming to develop speed, power, strength and repetitive performance abilities.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISES
Working with individual athletes to build corrective exercises to decrease injury and increase stability and balance to prevent injury.
